BEAUTY | TARTE TARTELETTE IN BLOOM PALETTE REVIEW

Recently, I got a new palette that I've been wanting for so long. It is the Tarte Cosmetics Tartelette in Bloom palette. I absolutely fall in love at first sight with this palette. The colour combination is so gorgeous!

BELLABOX

If you don't know what is Bellabox, this is a subscription box of makeup and skincare products. What I love about them is first, so cheap. Second, the story comes from their love of skincare and makeup, from passion. I love trying out new products, playing around with my makeup routine (although most of the time I stick to the same routine). So I gave it a try and I received my first box a few days ago.

So, here's what inside.

The box itself is so pretty, I will definitely reuse it. When I open the box, I got three cards. The first card is a list of products that we got, the second card is a little game card and the last card is a ingredients card which is good for those who have any specific allergies.

This month's box has two face masks, one hair mask, one facial cleanser, one eyeliner and one primer. Personally, I think this is good. It's not only about skincare but also hair and makeup. I haven't had a chance to try all of these products, but I've tried the La Roche-Posay Toleriane Caring Wash which is the face cleanser and as it claimed, it doesn't dry or irritating my skin. It makes my skin feels so smooth. The other face product that I've tried is the Canvas Beauty gel mask, it's an amazing mask! Definitely will repurchase the full-size product! I also tried the Coco & Eve hair mask and it leaves my hair so soft and smells really good!

  1. Canvas Beauty Rose Otto Facial Hydro Gel Mask
  2. Coco & Eve Like A Virgin Super Nourishing Coconut & Fig Hair Masque
  3. La Roche-Posay Toleriane Caring Wash
  4. Revlon Youth Fill + Blur Primer
  5. Mellow Cosmetics Precision Liquid Pen Eyeliner
  6. Sand & Sky Australian Pink Clay Flash Perfection Exfoliating Treatment

BEAUTY | L'OREAL INFALLIBLE PRO-MATTE 24HR FOUNDATION

This foundation has been around for months and everyone loves it so much. My friends swore this is the best drugstore foundation they've ever tried. I knew about this foundation for awhile but never really want to try because it claims lasting for 24 hours. Although the finish is semi matte, still, the claim scares me a bit. My skin usually gets very dry with super long-lasting formula.

However, after convincing comments from my friends, youtubers' review and some blog that I like to read, I finally gave it a go and here's my thought after using this foundation for a week. I want to try multiple times, not a first impression because sometimes it's entirely wrong.

BEAUTY | THE FACE SHOP X MARVEL ANTI-DARKENING CUSHION FOUNDATION

To say that I don't love makeup as much as I love movie would be such a vast understatement. I'm a junkie for both and I have no shame about it. If you know me, or at least, read my blog quite often, you know I love Marvel so much. Although I didn't read the comics, I do watch every single movie they have from the worst to the best so far.

A friend of mine told me that The Face Shop, a well known Korean beauty brand released an entire range of their collaboration with Marvel. What did I do? Of course I checked it out! As I did my research, they have from eyeshadow palette, mascara, eyeliners, lipsticks, nail polishes, cushion foundation (of course, we're talking about K-beauty), and complete skin care for men.

I am so impressed with how speedy this K-beauty brand to adapt their product from one of the biggest comic-movie based imprints. I thought, it should be American's makeup companies. But hey, no hate, I love what they do! I figured, Marvel is also well known at Korea. To be frankly honest, the only product that really catch my attention is the Captain America inspired cushion foundation. The eyeshadow palette is kinda okay, some basic color they have nothing impressive. I'm not a big fan of K-beauty mascara and eyeliner either. I'm basically not a big fan of K-beauty makeup product but I have this urge, no, desire to at least try this range. Even if I didn't like it, the packaging is so darn gorgeous, isn't it?

MAKEUP REVIEW | MAYBELLINE LASH SENSATIONAL MASCARA

I know I'm so behind to try this mascara but I can't help when I knew this mascara is finally coming to my country. It came after Maybelline Magnum Barbie which I thought really weird. In US, this mascara came out way before the Barbie one. But, who am I to judge? (read in Kaecilius' voice)

If you follow my blog for a long time, you know I love mascara. I love how my lashes looks longer and fuller without using false lashes. I'm okay without eyeshadow or eyeliner, but leaving house without mascara? It's bizarre for me.

MAKEUP REVIEW | MAYBELLINE FIT ME DEWY + SMOOTH FOUNDATION

Hello!

I have tested, re-tested and tested again and today I finally have my final thought about this foundation. I bought this foundation because so many people like it, so many people hate it.

Let's start with the packaging. It's a square, glass packing, very light on hand but it doesn't have pump so I have to pour the product into the back of my hand. Ck, not very practical. Because the consistency of the product is liquid-y, it's such a mess on my hand because I wasn't expecting that. So yeah, the packaging is not really a good one.

MAYBELLINE THE MAGNUM BARBIE MASCARA

Hello, everyone!

As a big fan of Maybelline mascaras, I couldn't stop myself to not picking up this new addition to their mascara lists. The Magnum Barbie mascara is the expanding product from the previous Magnum range. This one claimed as volumizing and lengthening mascara, like Barbie's eyes.

The packaging looks identical to the original The Magnum mascara, what makes it different is the deep pink cap and the Barbie original signature. It looks cute thou. The combination of bright yellow tube with deep Barbie-ish pink makes the packaging looks more girly and fun.

BOURJOIS HEALTHY MIX SERUM GEL FOUNDATION

Hello, everyone!

It's been awhile since I wrote in depth product review. I wasn't buying too much but recently, I find my skin color is getting paler and more sensitive. I decided I need new foundation. I bought Bourjois Healthy Mix Serum Gel Foundation in light vanilla #paleprobs

Bourjois is a brand from France, based on Paris to be exact. It's not a new brand for me although I never tried it before. I often see their products used by beauty bloggers and vloggers. They also really like this brand especially its foundation. Don't understand why I never get myself to this brand until now.

I tried this foundation several times before, so here's what I thought:

REVLON PHOTOREADY EYE PRIMER + BRIGHTENER

This product wasn't new but I just recently discovered and tried it. I bought this primer (+ brightener) probably three months ago. At first, I didn't like it. It has pinkish colour, liquid formula but it doesn't brighten anything. Instead, it dries out my under eyes and areas where I want it to be bright.

Two weeks ago, I tried this only on my eye lids before I put my eyeshadows. It didn't dry and held the eyeshadows for more than 14 hours! It works one hundred per cent better on bare skin! When I first tried it, I use it after I applied my foundation and concealer. Yes, I put concealer on my eye lids because they are quite veiny. Now I know, I don't have to. Because, this primer is also cover those veins. Yay!

VANITY: L'OREAL TRUE MATCH FOUNDATION REVIEW

L'oreal is not my usual choice of makeup products. I have no idea why, I just never have a will to stop by at the counter when shopping. No offense, I never have any intention to try their makeup products but I adore their shampoo and conditioner, one of the best out there!

Anyway, I saw so many good reviews about this foundation, L'oreal True Match Liquid Foundation that just arrived at my country, so late! So many my favourite beauty gurus gave this foundation great reviews. Needless to say, when I saw this foundation standing in the front shelf of L'oreal counter, I got my hand on it! I couldn't wait to try it at home. So, does this product really that good as others say?

MAKEUP PRODUCT REVIEW: NYX BB CREAM

HELLO BEAUTIFUL PEOPLE!

I wanna share my thoughts about this new product - well, for me - with all of you!

Instead of wearing foundation, I prefer to wear BB Cream during the warmer months. BB cream is the perfect choice because it has a light weight and gives you a perfect amount for coverage and I just discovered this newest product - to me - from NYX and this product is amazing
