For the past two months, I've been playing around with new beauty products - some of them work really well and I love it which ended up on my go to basket, some of them are just okay and some of them are not working for me. They might be worked on other people.

Here are products that I'm currently loving...

Tarte Limitless Lippies Tarteist Creamy Lip Paint in Mani and Perf - you guys know my lip color selection right? Like I can't get enough with these range of color. Mani is my current day time lip color and Perf is my night time. They're subtle, pigmented and long lasting! I also find it very easy to use because the applicator is small, so it can reach my inner part of my lips without touching my teeth or my skin.

Anastasia Beverly Hills Modern Renaissance Palette - oh dear God, I feel so dumb to not buying this palette since beginning. So beautiful, so pigmented, so perfect! Ah! My favorite colors are tempera (I used as my base color and to highlight my brow bone), vermeer (such a beautiful shimmery pale pink for inner corners and also to highlight brow bone and the bridge of the nose), primavera (gorgeous gold shimmery color! love to put it all over my lids, make my eye color pop), raw sienna (my perfect transition shade) and warm taupe (for more darker outer v of my eyes). I haven't tried every color in this palette, but so far, this is the only palette that I'm reach when I get ready.

Etude House Zero Sebum Loose Powder - I use it to set my under eyes and it works amazing! The powder is very white but when you apply and blend, it disappears. It has no color on it, so you don't to have worry about it adding color on foundation. I like to apply using powder brush instead of pad that comes with. This powder is also works as dry shampoo! What a win-win ;)

St. Ives Apricot Scrub - what a life changing product! Ever since I use this scrub two and half months ago, my skin is seriously getting better. No more whiteheads, no more little bumps (like texture on my skin) and also it makes my skin even more radiant and glowing!

Secret Key Natural Daily Pure Sun Cream SPF 50+ - I used to wear prescription sun screen from my dermatologist, I don't use other prescription from her, I went dermatologist because of my dermatitis and also asked for sun screen. My skin is very sensitive and I had bad experience with  drugstore sun screen. Until my friend came to my house, we had a little beauty chit-chat and suggested to try this product. At first I was afraid, but she convinced me that Secret Key only use natural ingredients (most of Korean beauty products do). So I gave it a try there months ago and so far, I didn't have any problem. Instead, I feel more comfortable adding sun screen on my morning skin care routine. This sun screen also work as primer, leaving my skin feels very smooth and glowing.

What beauty products you've been loving right now? Let me know! Thanks for reading xx

Eating Disorder is not a new issue but yet, I feel like there's not enough conversation about it. Personally, I've never experience it, although there was one phase I didn't like how I look, how my body was. To be able to overcome such a negativity that I had, is probably one of my biggest achievement. Back then, I didn't tell anyone, I just kept to myself because I was so embarrass about that.

Right now, I am a working progress. I'm accepting what I have, working toward more positivity than things that I can't change, because I am perfectly imperfect this way.

Few months ago, I watched a trailer on Netflix youtube channel. To The Bone, starring Lily Collins and Keanu Reeves. The trailer was pretty self explanatory at that time but what made me really interested and looked forward was how true the story was since the beginning. There are so many times we've been fooled by movie trailers (not gonna talk about that, so upsetting) but I knew this trailer was not.

There were conversation about this movie - pro and contra, how people were looking forward because "it looks promising" and the fact that the writer and director, Marti Noxon and Lily herself are both have the same experience about eating disorder in the past and they wanted to share this story to the world. But of course, some people were worried and even upset for no reason (because the movie hadn't come out yet) said that this movie would glamorizing eating disorder just like the others.

I am not a person who believe what people say unless I see it myself. So here's my honest thought.

This morning, I wake up feeling different. It was a fine Wednesday morning on 06.10 am, the sun rose, bright and beautiful. The clean air gathered around me as I opened up my windows. My room still smelled like fresh cotton sheets and baby powder because I lighted my candle last night. I still on my months off of college. What was so different?

Oh. Last night, I made a decision. A decision that would probably change a part of my life. One thought, one decision to all of my decisions.

I decided to let go

It was hard, like really hard pain in the ass. It is still hard. I cried so much last night, but as I finished crying my eye balls out, I smiled. I felt like... tons of weight on my shoulders were being taken and I felt free.

God, I feel free.

Today, I embrace the memories of my past. I will never forget all those memories - it made me smile once, it made me cried once. Now, it makes me feel grateful to have those as part of my journey. I feel both blessed and grateful with all life has given to me, and I'm excited for what life will gives me in the future.

It takes courage to let yourself trying and fighting for what you think the best for you. It also takes lots of courage to let go.

I am fully aware that I did the best as I could at that time, it wasn't my loss because I did trying and trying and trying to understand the circumstances, the feelings, the future, the consequences. Now, I'm ready to let go.

As I clear my heart and my mind, I clear my future road ahead for miracles and happy surprises as well. I am so proud of myself for being brave enough to let go one thing that used to make my heart bloom and also tearing it apart. I'm proud to be me. I'm proud of what I believe.

Never feel sorry to make yourself and your life better. It's yours, so the decisions are also yours.

Live and love your life, xx.

Spider-Man! Spider-Man!

I am so happy to finally hear that theme song again! It's been... what? Ten, twelve years? Crazy, right?

Spider-Man: Homecoming directed by Jon Watts, is the new movie of this timeless hero which everyone loves - including myself. I'm growing up with Tobey Maguire's Spider-Man, which I think great movies (yes, three of them). However, I'm myself not really fancy with The Amazing Spider-Man, with Andrew Garfield as Peter Parker. I'm not disappointed with Andrew, it's just... off at some point. He's too handsome (nothing wrong with that irl honestly, i'm big fan!), too cool for a nerd and... yeah, not really Peter Parker we all wanted. I love the movie, but not really? It doesn't make any sense. I know. I'm weird.

Homecoming takes time after The Avengers (2012) - we get too see Toomes (Michael Keaton) is taking care of the aftermath, Stark tower is burned and all that stuff that happened on New York, then fast forward to during Captain America: Civil War (2016) because we all see Peter with his vlogging skill to take us along his journey of recruitment, Happy drives him to the private jet off to Berlin, Peter sees his new Spider-Man suit for the first time (which is so darn awesome!) and during the battle with team Cap. It all happened so gracefully fast! Then, few months later we see him on his normal, ordinary teenager life.

Not really.

Lol, no I'm kidding. It probably takes two minutes tops but I like my post name to be pretty dramatic so...

Lately I've been loving bare face whenever I go, like running errands and grocery shopping. I found with less makeup, my skin breathes easily, and also helps to get better. People around me compliments my skin, even some of them asked "what foundation do you use? it looks very beautiful and natural!" and they're very surprised when I answered "I don't use foundation today and it has been a week now!"

My skin is breathing. It's glowing and healthier! That's the secret. Still, even when I don't use many makeup like I usually do (not really) I do wear bits of makeup and I loving it!
