BEAUTY | TOP 5 FAVORITE LIPSTICKS

When it comes to lipstick, it's hard for me to resist the temptation to buy new one whenever I go to Sephora or drugstores. It's hard and too often the lipsticks that I purchased go to someone else because I have too much. 

However, I have some products that I always reach for and coming back to. These lip colors that I mentioned are probably my holy grail lip colors, they always on my makeup pouch or the ones that I always reach for whenever I do my makeup. 

1. Bourjois Rouge Edition 12 Hours in #33 Pêche Cocooning : this has been my everyday lipstick for almost a year! I love how it has velvet-y formula, very comfortable on the lips and last quite long. This color however is very gorgeous on my pale lips, compliment my skin color and perfect for everyday look. 
2. Clinique Chubby Stick Intense in #07 Broadest Berry : this one is a new product to me but dear God, I've regretted the times I didn't try this range on the first place. It's amazing! The formula is very comfortable and moisturizing as it claimed, the color pay off is gorgeous! Broadest berry is like my color, suits me perfectly. It's perfect for day to night makeup look.
3. MAC Lipstick in Syrup : this lipstick also my favorite for everyday use. The lustre formula makes the product very comfortable to wear and also moisturizing! Syrup is very beautiful, enchanting color. It compliments my pale lips and skin, very flattering and perfect for every makeup look. I love this color because it's perfect for both day and night time makeup look! This one is really worth for money ;)
4. Revlon Colorburst Matte Balm in #250 Standout : this is probably my most favorite red lipstick especially if you have pale skin like I do. Although it's matte formula, it doesn't make your lips dry, it moisturizes instead. The color pay off is great, so beautiful! I think if I had to give birth on red lipstick, it would be this lipstick. It would be painful for sure, but it would be pay off.
5. Revlon Ultra HD Matte Lipcolor in #635 Passion : I wouldn't say it's a matte lip color because it takes longer to dry. I think it's a velvet formula instead. Although the formula takes time to dry, when it completely dries, it doesn't transfer. So long lasting, it lasts on my lips for nearly 12 hours even thou I'm talking, drinking and eating much. This lipstick seems like didn't care and stay where it should be.

30 DAYS QUESTIONS: #10 WHAT IS/ARE YOUR ON TO GO LIPSTICK OR LIP GLOSS?

In daily basis, 98 % I'll go with very natural and fresh looking makeup so my on to go lip products are very basic. I have 5 go to lip products - these are the products that I reach out the most. Most of these products are from Revlon because I love with their lipstick formula - it's creamy, buttery, and super moisturising even their matte lipstick.

WHAT'S IN MY HANDBAG

HELLOOOOOO GOOD PEOPLE!

It's been awhile since my last post, I've been distracted by a bunch of family outings, meet up with my friends and stuffs! I swear that's the most tiring weeks in my life but it's really fun! 

I always have my handbag with me during those activities. This handbag is from Stradivarius and I love it! It's a simple black handbag with two pockets with a medium length strap. Believe me, I was really surprise how everything could fit in it. As I try to keep it simple, I still carry so many things.

2013 is almost over and we're so ready for new chapter, new journey, new challenge in 2014, right? this year, personally for me, gives a lot of lesson to learn and somehow, is it good or bad, I've been through this, I pass this. MAKEUP REVIEW : LIP COLOR

I have pale skin, dark circles under my eyes (genetic causes), dark brown hair and brown eye color, and it wasn't nice combination. Every time I wake up in the morning and see my face at the mirror, to be honest, I scared!

The pale.

Maybe that is a perfect name for me under my condition.
My friends always worry because I look like sick, or pale, or someone in pain, every time!
Then, I figure out, how to make my look not scary any one even my self. For every day looks, I use moisturizer & compact powder in natural color,  and, lip balm and LIP COLOR.

 

Why?

To be honest with you, add a little bit of color can change my whole life! I'm not someone in pain anymore. I look fresh and happy. Although I have dark circles or pale skin, the color on your lips can make new definition on your face.

But, bad news is, like it or not, lipstick can make your lips a little bit dry, and that's not a good idea put your favorite lipstick on dry lips. It's a huge mistake. Beside you can hurt your lips, the color will not pop out. It makes your lips worst.
