Hello, everyone!

In the second episode of throwback movie, I want to bring up again What Maisie Knew because for me, this movie didn't have enough attention in the premiere year so why not now?

This movie is an excellent one, it is clearly underrated. What Maisie Knew is one of those movies which you can see from any point of view you want to see. It is completely a movie about reality of marriage, divorce, children and life - basically. This is about how man and woman tried to share custody, how their children became a victim of situation, how other people, completely strangers, became the real parents.

Hello, everyone!

As a big fan of Maybelline mascaras, I couldn't stop myself to not picking up this new addition to their mascara lists. The Magnum Barbie mascara is the expanding product from the previous Magnum range. This one claimed as volumizing and lengthening mascara, like Barbie's eyes.

The packaging looks identical to the original The Magnum mascara, what makes it different is the deep pink cap and the Barbie original signature. It looks cute thou. The combination of bright yellow tube with deep Barbie-ish pink makes the packaging looks more girly and fun.

Hello, everyone!

Few days ago, I was talking with my best friend on the phone for almost 4 hours. He is a very dear friend to me, we've known each other since high school. I can talk with him about anything I like, even those TMI facts. I laughed so hard that night, I don't even remember when was the last time I was so talkative and laughed that hard.

There's one thing that really stayed in my mind since that night. He is nearly - almost a different person. He who's talking with me and he, who's talking with other people is just different. When I go out with him, only two of us, and when I go out with him and our other friends, he's different. After years of knowing him, I found my answer that night. Because he is more comfortable with me than anybody else.

the other day, I received a rather than terrible message on my tumblr inbox along with other messages. This special one really caught my attention, not only this person was wondering why I care about black people and LGBT, but also he said that I'm a terrorist.

I am muslim. I am wearing hijab for most of my days. I am not a terrorist.

I know that this is supposed to be not a big deal because it sent anonymously to me but it hurt to see that there's still people out there who haven't educated themselves. I feel obligated to speak up on my platform, to defend myself and other muslim sisters and brothers out there who received such horrible judgements.

It makes me sad that people still thinking all muslim are terrorist. If so, why those attacks happened in muslim majority countries? Why it killed hundreds - even thousands muslims while they were pray? while they were fasting in the holy month of Ramadan?

It doesn't make any sense. Not even a bit.

Those attacks made by terrorist, not muslims. Trust me, we're muslims hate ISIS more than you can think of. They claimed as muslims, do the right thing based on Al-Qur'an, based on Allah Swt. but no, none of their claims are true.

I'm not a perfect person, not a very religious person who you can look up to. I'm still learning day by day but all I know, every religion will never told their people to do bad things, to kill, to attack, to torture.

I care about humanity not about your religion or skin colour or sexuality. I don't care about any of those. That's your life, that's your right to choose and none should be judge by their choices. What matter is human rights.

None deserves to be judge because their religion.
None should be scared to get out of their house because their skin colour.

Why can't we live equally without being bitchy about religion, sexuality and skin colour? Why can't we live peacefully as human beings?

Hello, everyone!

It's been awhile since I wrote in depth product review. I wasn't buying too much but recently, I find my skin color is getting paler and more sensitive. I decided I need new foundation. I bought Bourjois Healthy Mix Serum Gel Foundation in light vanilla #paleprobs

Bourjois is a brand from France, based on Paris to be exact. It's not a new brand for me although I never tried it before. I often see their products used by beauty bloggers and vloggers. They also really like this brand especially its foundation. Don't understand why I never get myself to this brand until now.

I tried this foundation several times before, so here's what I thought:

There are so many advices given to me directly or indirectly that really inspire me to do good things but this one specifically, came from a guy who didn't even know I'm exist, from a public figure I look up to named Tom Hiddleston.

This sentence with only four words somehow really opened up my minds and heart to do more, to step out from my comfort zone, to try something new I never thought before, to never stop believing and chasing my dreams.

I always be a person who trying so hard to get what I want but ever since I heard this advice, I think more about what I want in my life - what I really want. I feel selfish for my future, I feel those responsibilities to achieve my dreams.

None ever has a limit for something they want. Those limits only on your head. If you believe in yourself, in your sky, you can have no limit. You can have whatever you want.

I love it so much! I love everything about this movie. It brings so many memories from my childhood. My inner little girl - also fangirl - was so on point throughout the movie.

The movie is directed by David Yates - yep, that person who gave you an amazing final of Harry Potter. We can see his best work in this reboot. The flawless camera angles, CGI, and plot from one to another. Soft and detailed storyline but yet, leaving us something to remember.

This movie is not your typical Tarzan and Jane movie because it takes time 10 years after Tarzan moved to London, England with his beloved wife, Jane. Now, the ghost on the trees, the man who raised in the jungle, the guy who understood animals, was known as John Clayton

Alexander Skarsgard is the only guy who can played Tarzan in this modern era. He portrayed Tarzan perfectly: his gaze, his voice, his behaviour, his well building body - damn those abs! are so on point! I can't even remember when was the last time I adore someone who swinging from one tree to another shirtless. Nope.

Alex's Tarzan is gentle, kinder, and more human version and we positively agree. Like mama always said, 'find a guy who can be gentle and wild at the same time' and here he is everybody! I like how intelligence and kind John Clayton is, how he grew up and tried so hard to be a human when he was raised to be an animal. How he accepted and respected his legacy to be the one and only heir. But when he's in the jungle, we saw both. Yes. We saw John Clayton and Tarzan in one and that's fantastic!

"a normal man can do something impossible for someone he loves. my husband is no normal man." - Jane Clayton.

Our girl crush, Jane played by Margot Robbie is not bad herself. She's so luminous and so Jane. We remember Jane's bravery and faith and I saw it on Margot's Jane. The combination of lady-like and girl from the jungle. She gave us another lesson to know when you have to be strong and brave. I think she should be little girl's role model. She's smart, has a big heart and brave. She has John/Tarzan, who can do everything for her, but yet she doesn't dependence on him because she can protects herself. With what? her amazing bravery.

Their endless love story is something that really enjoyable and give you all the feelings. They love each other like none. They trust each other more than someone can trust anyone. Ladies, if this love story doesn't give you tears and faith of true love, I don't know what it is.

Needless to say, this movie is an amazing, breathtaking one. Have to say this is the best Tarzan movie I've ever watched.

It's J.K Rowling of course! I'd love to live inside her head to explore more about Harry Potter world if I could!

I'm a big fan of Harry Potter and if I have a chance to hang out with my most favourite author in the whole world, I'd be very happy. I'd be the happiest person on earth because I could talk to her, I could ask her more about Harry Potter, I can even ask her about writing tips and stuff like that.

Darn it, this question kills me!

Thanks for reading! Xx.

I hate them. I hate being lied, cheated on, and of course betrayed. I hate it because I promise to myself I would never do that to people. But sadly, I've been there. I've been experienced how it felt like to be the victim on those - yes, three of them.

When people lie one time, and they're 'safe' then they lie again, it becomes addicted. Lying is contagious. While cheating and betraying are acts which are related to one another. When you cheat on someone, you betray them, you betray their trust and respect.

Trust and respect are built. You have to earn, work hard it to get someone's trust and respect. Once you break it, there's no turning back. It stays broken forever. Nothing can heal it. What I learned for years, trust doesn't have refill and once it gone, you won't get it back. Even if you do, it won't be the same.

Thanks for reading! Xx.

Congratulations for all freshmen and welcome to college life!

I think the best advices I've ever got and the one that I'd love to share with all newly college students out there. Here we go!

  1. Be yourself. You will meet new friends and that will be so many! You will be surprise how many people you will meed in a day. Whatever it is, do not ever be somebody you're not. Always stay true to yourself, be you is the best you can always do.
  2. Have a wide perspective - be open minded. You don’t know the kind of home life your fellow newly students are leaving behind or the environment they grew up in or what experiences they’ve been through. Be friendly and nice. It costs 0 to be a nice person.
  3. Be involve. Go to welcome events, orientations, involvement fair, or whatever event your campus have. This one is something I regret a bit because I didn't involve much when I was in freshmen. I think it will be very fun to be really involve with college activity.
  4. Always go to class. Your college life is not about hanging out with your new cool friends, right? It's all about to get educated and have degree behind your name.
  5. Buy the books. This is important. Some people said it's okay to borrow from your seniors or from the library. But for me personally, have your own book is more comfortable and also will be very useful in the future. You never know what might happens in the future, you might take parallel classes to certain subjects or you'll need it for your undergraduate thesis. Note: buy your books after you attend those classes. Lecturers will give your references what books you should have.
  6. Work hard but know GPA is not everything. This is probably the most important from above all. You have to understand and learn to balance when and why you have to study hard and of course, have time to chill and hang out with your friends. Your work hard will mostly always pays off in the end but remember, GPA is not the dead end answer. Work as hard as you can and do your absolute best, but know that that may mean a C or a B or an A-. That's totally fine and you are not alone. Every one has their down times. That's normal. That's life.
  7. Ask for help. If you're struggling in certain classes or subjects, you're welcome to ask your lecturers or their assistants to ask out of class. They will be happy to help you. It shows that you're trying your best in their classes. You'll have 2 bonuses, first you'll understand. Second, your lecturers most likely will remember the ones who work hard.
  8. Always take notes in every class. You can't remember everything and that's why notes and pen are invented! So stop being lazy and write. You have that fancy binder so why leave it blanks? You will be so thankful if you always take note, in the end when you're about to have final exams, you don't have to read from the whole book, take a look at your notes will do the job!
  9. Always make time for yourself. Either it is going to your favourite coffee shop or watching movies or maybe shopping or stay at home, getting your pamper routine done. Whatever makes you happy and relax. You deserve it!
  10. Last but not least, enjoy it. You'll have less stress, less drama in life if you stop overthinking about everything and learn how to enjoy every little thing. Be grateful and be happy.

Good luck! Xx
